 Ανακοινώθηκαν πριν από λίγες ημέρες οι υποψηφιότητες των ταινιών και των συντελεστών τους για το βραβείο «Χρυσές Σφαίρες». Η τελετή απονομής θα γίνει στις 15 Ιανουαρίου και οικοδεσπότης της βραδιάς θα είναι και πάλι ο Ricky Gervais. Μεγάλη έκπληξη αποτελεί η υποψήφια ταινία για έξι βραβεία «The artist» που είναι ασπρόμαυρη.
